sorry i didnt advertise it! i only found out thye night before.
there were about 4 bands playing, i only stayd fo two and the satrt of the third.
PIGSTEERER-
these guys are getting much better, they used to be a bit raw sounding, but are now establishing a style. very brutal metal with a rock feel. the lead singer has charisma similar to Zack from Whoregasm...
although obviously still teething, these dudes are realy sounding good, i realy enjoyd it.
WHOREGASM-
now, as if i need to inform every 1 of how much this band rocks my socks! but i will say it again....I LOVE EM!
Zack is suck a showman and realy gets into it, making it so ejoyable. not 1 of their best shows, however, they sounded a bit of the mark, but considering how great they are , they still rocked. seriously guys, if you have a chance, check em out!
the third band, i dont know their name...
was ok, i can respect them, and that they know what they are doing. but not realy my cup of tea. they had a big rock feel. |

ok, as you can tell I am not very fluent with metal lingo, but i know what i like when i hear it.
this band, i have seen a few times now, are freaking awsome! there is not a song they play that i dont love! it is kinda like...
good metal, not to brutal, with interesting (pinkfloydish)guitar. as I said i am not great at explaining it, but if in Adelaide and you come across them, than definatly have a listen!

to start with...
this friday at the Adelaide Crown and Anchore, there is a few bands playing. I know Pig steerer is playing, not sure who else though...
but it also happens to be where I am celebrating my 19th! so all Adelaideans should come! |
